Laura, the character of the monologue was never allowed to speak. A story about exclusion, sensitivity, and the struggle to reclaim one’s own narrative.

The performance explores my relationship with Laura—her story and my experience—seeking the voice of women living in the shadow of others’ narratives and silence.
